How do I use Twitter Video Downloader?

Using the extension is simple:

• For Profile Downloads:
  1. Open the Twitter/X profile from which you want to download videos.
  2. Go to the Media tab and click the download icon.
  3. (Optional) Assign a custom folder name for an organization.
  4. Click "Start Download" to save all videos from the profile.
• For Individual Tweet Downloads:
  1. Open the tweet containing the video you want to save.
  2. Click the download button at the top of the tweet.

Does the extension support batch downloads?

Yes! You can download all videos from a Twitter/X profile in one click, making it perfect for bulk downloads and saving time.

Are the downloaded videos in high quality?

Absolutely. The extension ensures that all videos are saved in their original, highest available resolution.

Is my data safe with this extension?

Yes. All downloads are processed locally on your device, meaning no data is sent to external servers. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

Can I organize my downloaded videos?

Yes! You can create custom folder names to organize your downloaded videos, making it easier to manage and access your video library.

How do I set the default download location?

You can input a folder name before you save a Video. Consequently, during the download process, we'll create a new folder under your "Download" folder bearing the name you've specified. All the Videos you downloaded during this session will be saved in this folder. However, if you do not specify a name, our system automatically generates a new folder for your download.

What is the difference between a Free account and a Pro account?

With a Free account, you can download up to 5 videos per batch from the library and a maximum of 10 individual videos per day from posts. Pro users can download up to 5,000 videos in one go from the library and unlimited individual videos per day from posts. Pro users also receive premium support.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time, by clicking the PRO button in the extension popup window, click the Pro button to manage the subscription, and you can cancel or update your payment information.
